Ann Terry Society supports projects that provide women centered employment counselling and career development services for women by women. Being women centered allows the service to focus specifically on women’s needs. Women face multiple barriers to employment when they try to gain equal access to full time work with equal pay. Women still shoulder the majority of responsibility for homecare, childcare, and senior care in the home. We are here to recognize and support women who might need help around these barriers in order to support success.
